Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different size or item, please return your original purchase according to this policy and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at goldenkboutique@gmail.com and include photos of the item and packaging.
If the issue is confirmed, Golden K Boutique will work with you to correct the order at no additional shipping cost to you.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier and check around your delivery location.
You may also contact us at goldenkboutique@gmail.com, and we will assist with available tracking information. Golden K Boutique cannot guarantee a refund or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Final Sale & Return Rights
